Welcome to TAKE A DEEP BREATH, My name is Mike Maher, I am a breathwork instructor, podcaster and researcher of the breath. I have studied many modalities and I am proud among other things to be an Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor.

I'm sorry but what was that at 31:01 😂😂
"when there is higher CO2 there is almost always lower O2" - is Mr Nestor monitoring O2 levels along CO2? That's a definitely false claim, as far as outdoor O2 levels is concerned since the partial pressure of CO2 is currently 0,04 and therefore cannot have any significant impact on the partial pressure of O2 which is 0,21. Indoors the dynamics could change but that would need a more rigorous examination. Anyways, the interplay levels of O2 and CO2 levels has nothing to do with the burning of fossil fuels, perhaps simply poor indoor ventilation. In any case potentially misleading and potentially dishonest. Then when he claims again then increased CO2 without alterations in O2 levels could be beneficial, that moment made evident that he is totally lost, and he lost me, contradicting his own statements, and even worse, confusing people and the readers of his bestseller book. It's sad to see him embracing the typical prerogative image of CO2 as the waste gas, "70% of humans toxins are purged through the breath" That inevitably induces people to think logically that we share each other's toxins through the breath, which is not necessarily a nice image to stick to your mind Wow, James is really on a different track now, and I wonder why, what are the behind the scenes influences

Can it help if one was poisoned by refrigerants accidentally?Poisoned for at least 3 months, enough to make us "hugh" giddy, at times, clumsy at times, difficulty breathing going upstairs. 400 Sq foot room. 3 things leaking no ventilation. Yes, It can happen.

Thank you. This may help explain why I've not had covid but also no flu in 25yrs? I did build a big lung capacity in the early 90s onwards. I use your 43min 'Pineal gland' 5x60 video most days (rather every day) for the past 6 months or so. In often do extra rounds with that meditation. I've done breathwork on/off for 25-30yrs.... It's really important, esp when life is challenging and poor health/sick. Did a scuba dive medical in 2012, lung capacity was 1.4-1.8x over normal. My out breath pressure was that strong it maxed out with a bang, doctor had to use the digital measure to get a proper reading (shed never experienced that before)... It's so easy - breathwork!!🙏🙏💕💕

Don’t get too rapped up in the data. People went nuts about heart health after we created tech to monitor it. The numbers made people feel as if it was a bigger deal than it is, as if there was a larger increase than there was. But the powers that be will offer play it because they can make money off your fear.
Mike, whenever I listen to your videos, especially when they include James Nestor, I'm blown away by the huge amount I always learn from each of you. This video is absolutely brilliant and EVERYONE, especially health care professionals, should listen and take note. For example, who would have thought Rhinitis could be cured by simply humming? 👏

The technique: 5 to 6 second inhale and a 5 to 6 second exhale (can be slighlty longer or shorter depending on the person)
It's also a fantastic way to get to sleep rather quickly. I start with four seconds in four seconds out. Over five to ten minutes I gradually stretch out those four seconds into twelve to sixteen seconds in and out. I've noticed that once I'm taking two to four breaths per minute there's a seamless transition into sleep. Also, while doing this breathing exercise it's a good idea to keep your awareness on your heart.
